DESCRIPTION:Bringing human\, ai\, data and robots together. – das ist das
  Motto des 2022 gestarteten FAIRWork-Projekts.\n\nWie können unter Einbin
 dung von Menschen\, KI\, Daten und Robotik produktionsrelevante Entscheidu
 ngen verbessert werden? Mit dieser Fragestellung beschäftigt sich ein lä
 nderübergreifendes Konsortium\, das u.a. Unternehmen aus der Elektronikin
 dustrie und der Automobilindustrie inkludiert. Gemeinsam mit IT-Unternehme
 n und Forschungseinrichtungen wird im Zuge des Projekts an einem dezentral
 en\, KI-gestützten Entscheidungsunterstützungssystem gearbeitet – an k
 onkreter Software\, die Unternehmen unterstützen soll.\n\nIm Research Ins
 ight werden Robert Woitsch (Member of the Board bei der BOC Group)\, Rolan
 d Sitar (Automation Manager bei Flex)\, Wilfrid Utz (Managing Director bei
  OMiLAB) und Herwig Zeiner (Research Manager &amp\; Key Researcher bei Joa
 nneum Research) das Projekt vorstellen und dabei u.a. auf folgende Aspekte
  eingehen:\n\n\n 	Vorstellung des FAIRWork-Projekts\, Einblicke in die bis
 herige Arbeit und den Status quo\n 	Anforderungen der Anwender aus der Ind
 ustrie\n 	AI-basierte Lösungsansätze für dezentrale und demokratische E
 ntscheidungsunterstützung\n 	Ausblick über Wege zu einem AI Rahmenwerk f
 ür die Industrie\n 	Kooperationsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Monaten u
 nd nach Abschluss des Projekts (Ende August 2025)\n\n&nbsp\;\nAbout FAIRWo
 rk\nIn FAIRWork we foster the democratization of decision-making in produc
 tion processes\, hence the participation of all involved stakeholders\, by
  introducing a decentralized AI system. Our Democratic AI-based Decision S
 upport System (DAI-DSS) finds democratically the appropriate decision for 
 a concrete situation during production. Each human or technical actor is r
 epresented by an agent who negotiates based on the current status provided
  by the digital shadow and twins. The future situation is predicted by AI 
 algorithms for each individual actor considering the modelled knowledge ba
 se that defines each negotiation strategy. A multiple optimization algorit
 hm finds the most appropriate solution considering the needs of all involv
 ed human and technical stakeholders.
